Mouseover Security Flaw in Twitter!

Twitter experienced a security flaw today spreading rapidly through thousands of users redirecting them to third-party websites. This nasty “mouseover” bug subjugated Twitter account users to pop-ups and third-party websites by simply scrolling your mouse over the offensive link. The “onMouseOver” flaw is a result of the JavaScript function that was caused when the mouse was passed over the bulk of text. According to Mashable.com  “We’ve seen the flaw being abused to launch simple pop-up windows, redirect users elsewhere (including porn sites), and we’ve also seen it used in combination with blocks of color, covering the true “intention” of the tweet.”
